The 12-foot office area is fully paneled and insulated and includes a thru-wall HVAC system for year-round comfort, along with a built-in desk and plan table that create a practical workspace for planning and day-to-day operations. The remaining portion of the container is an unfinished storage area with wood floors and steel walls, providing a rugged space for storing tools, equipment, and materials. Designed for versatility and reliability, this combo container office is well suited for job sites, remote locations, and temporary or long-term projects.
Electrical:
Includes a 100 AMP exterior-grade panel per plans, one exterior-rated GFCI duplex receptacle with an in-use cover mounted at the bottom of the panel, one 4×4 junction box with blank cover per plans, one exterior light, two surface-mounted LED light fixtures, standard toggle switches, duplex receptacles located per the approved plan, white receptacles, switches, and wall plates, and an MC cable raceway.

Includes 8 linear feet of partitions, steel framing per plans at window, door, and AC locations, vinyl 4-inch cove base trim in the office area, exterior office walls framed with 2×4 studs at 24 inches on center to a height of 7 feet 6 inches, and vinyl-covered Luan wall panels with battens in the office area.
